If you are just getting started in using social media for business, you may find yourself overwhelmed, wondering whether you will ever see a return on your investment of time.
No matter how you approach it, building a good social media campaign is time consuming. If anyone tells you that it is not, that person is not giving you the whole truth.
However, there are ways to spend less time on your networking efforts and reap greater benefits in the process. Social media efforts require you to be efficient. We’ll review two tools that are designed to make your task simpler and more rewarding.
Miracle Traffic Bot
Miracle Traffic Bot is a small software package that is designed to greatly speed three of the most time consuming tasks in a traffic-building social media campaign. It automates the submission process for article submissions to article directories, video submissions to a variety of social video sites and social bookmarks.
I use my copy primarily to automate my social bookmarking efforts. In my case, I can verify that I use social bookmarking much more than I would have without this software. I no longer have to manually log in to my favorite bookmark sites, type in all of the redundant information and press submit. Instead, I just enter the information once and the software does the tedious, repetitive work for me. Because I can accomplish all of this in about a tenth of the time that I would invest doing the work manually, I submit to many more sites than I would otherwise accomplish.
I outsource my article submissions, and I do very little video marketing (although I know that I should do much more). Still, only using this product for the bookmarking efforts, to me it was well worth the price of the software ($77 at the time I am writing this).

GooBert
GooBert is actually a social media marketing plan in a box. Okay, it isn’t actually in a box; it’s downloaded directly to your computer immediately after purchase. No software is included in this product. Instead, GooBert is a step by step tutorial that allows you to use the multitude of free programs that are available on the web is automate (or at least partially automate) your social media efforts.
More important, perhaps, you get the guidance of a successful professional to make sure that you are using the “best practices” in your networking campaigns. You could learn this on your own, but it would take many hours of searching to do so–even if you already knew of the existence of these resources. GooBert brings all of that together for you.
