I have a friend on twitter who tried a ‘get more followers’ service. As a result, the service has glued itself to her account & is sending annoying spam messages. She has tried to opt out to no avail. I’m not sure if she has tried the "Connections" Menu or changing her password though. Does any1 else have any advice I could give her?
