By designating one account doing the tweeting, and the other account for re-tweeting, avoids violating Twitter’s Spam policy as stated in their Terms of Service. Each tweets must be unique. Re-tweets are considered “unique”. Tweeting identical tweets with multiple accounts, however, is Spam. In order to maximize this strategy, I recommend each of us to create at least two or more Twitter accounts (note: one account per email allowed), configure and “synchronise” them via Tweetdeck, create pre-made tweets via any text editor (ie Notepad), designate one account to do the tweeting and “synced” accounts for re-tweeting. Pre-made tweets and copy and pasting them onto Tweetdeck will save you time drastically. RULE OF THUMB: wait at least 15 seconds in between tweets and re-tweets, to allow twitter to reflect and properly index the hashtags.
