How to Make Fish in Scampi Sauce: Noreen’s Kitchen

www.noreenskitchen.com Greetings! Here is a super quick fish recipe that you can throw together in no time with ingredients you may already have on hand. You won’t believe how amazing this fish is when you taste it, and you can have it on the table in less than 15 minute! I’m not kidding, super fast, super easy and super delicious. The meal that you see me serve took less than 20 minutes total to get on the table, that included slicing the fresh veggies for steaming. Everyone loved this. The fish served 4 people for one meal and I had leftovers of pasta and veggies to take to work for lunch the next day. Delicious! That is all I have to say about that. You can find the complete recipe on my website. I hope you try this and I hope you enjoy it. Happy Eating!

Thanks! I’ve always bought cod because that’s what i always assumed was the mildest, but i will try the tilapia. Do you buy yours fresh or frozen?

    I want that plate!! Yum

Yes, it only took ten minutes. If you don’t like fishy fish, like me, than I suggest either Tilapia or Orange Roughy. Bass is also nice. Stay away from the more oily fish such as haddock cod and salmon if you don’t like the fishier tasting fish. Flounder is sometimes nice, but I find it quite fishy. Trout is nice, but has lots of bones.

Did the fish really only take 5 minutes to cook? I have only made fish one other time in my life, well, not counting VanDeKamps LOL. Anyway, it was a tomato based tex mex recipe. I couldn’t eat it! Yuck! But this looks so simple and easy I’d be willing to give it another try. In your opinion, what is the mildest white fish? I don’t like fishy-ness. BTW, that plate at the end was beautiful!

Breaking news alert… this just in… man found in a heap on sidewalk just blocks from his home! He was incoherently mumbling about North Carolina, a person named Noreen, Fish Francine, and leg cramps!!! Film at 11. :-D
