You can start a blog at diary.com. I use it and it is very good! Everyone can see it. You can post text (what you are doing, what you have plans for, how your day was…), pictures, links, music, and videos. Plus you can add contacts. I dont know much about moral issues and whatever, but to start a blog, you should try blogspot.com. After you make your blog, its address will be www.(thenameofyoursite).blogspot.com. Its very easy!
