If I’m understanding the question correctly, you are asking how you can put a social bookmarking button on your website that will allow people to bookmark that page.
The easiest way is to go to http://www.addthis.com/ and get a free button that you can put on your website.
When people click on this button, they will see a page like this:
http://www.addthis.com/bookmark.php
It will let the user choose which service they want to use to bookmark it, so you only have to worry about the one button!
I have one on my blog, at the end of every post. You can click on it to see what it does.
