Hilarious , Yet completely Wrong , Comment on the nature of Social Media

I think this is highly recommended if you want a good laugh .

This is a “Veteran” Reporters take on Social Media .( I always wonder what makes them a “Veteran”? Maybe he scales the building , to get to his office ? “Ninja” reporter , perhaps? )

Morley Safer: “I Would Trust Citizen Journalism As Much As I Would Trust Citizen Surgery”

I think perhaps this is stretching the metaphor a little.

Whereas Surgeons need to undergo years of training to be Safe , everyone is entitled to an opinion .

In my opinion , the more range of opinion out there the better.

What perhaps this character is bemoaning is the loss of centralised diktat, from the Media Moguls .

This should inspire many people to take up blogging and express their opinions , and exercise their freedom of speech .

Yes , there may be the odd spelling mistake , but its the expression thats more important , and which may be more honestly  and immediately expressed than a polished press release , but much more valuable in terms of its authenticity .
